item not coming in on search

i did a simple search for this item and nothing came back so I did an item history and it is there.. why won't it show in a simple search?  see screenshot for details on item history

Hello and thanks for reaching out again.  I was able to see this item in Simple Search.  Can you double-check and let me know?  I promise I did not make any changes on my end.  This was the first step of my troubleshooting when it came up for rme.
