export data

When I export data, the spreadsheet only shows one component of the category, such as Nutritional Information.  The spreadsheet will have the first item in this category, which usually is calories, but none of the other items are listed.  How can I pull all of the information that has been entered for an item?

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us via our new 1WorldSync Customer Community! If extracting an item in IM, you can simply extract by playlist, such as "All Attributes" (or another playlist of your choice), and all of your product content will be included in the FUSE file. I have included a screenshot for you also. The search bar next to "All Attributes" will allow you to extract by the playlist of your choice.

OK, this is what I had been doing, I just didn't scroll all the way across to see all of the attributes that were listed below the initial line.  When I first started working in this environment, I was being taught how to download a template for the purpose of entering new items into 1WS.  I was instructed to remove all lines that didn't have ITEM in the first column.  I didn't realize that there was information on the other lines.
