data updated not flowing into Mclane

publishing under GLN 074759900003 i have changed the case level weight value, validate and also validated at the pallet level for item 42351, but the new weight will not flow into PI.  McLane indicated there is nothing on their end.  the publication history shows recived. Please advise how the new vlaue can be pushed in.

- When I validate the hierarchy at the Pallet level, I get this error:
20747599423516:NetWeight of the parent item must be greater than or equal to the sum of the net weight of the child items
- The net weight of the Case, child of the pallet, is 5.95 pounds and there are 52 Cases on the pallet. 5.95 x 52 = 309.4 which is the minimum net weight of your pallet.
- The net weight of your Pallet is 226.6 pounds

now the item is showing ready to list in PI but with the old values still. Do I delist and republish?  Restart?

Hello, you really should not have to do so but you could republish via manage publications to override previous attempts.  There is no need to delist first.  Let's see what happens with a full republish...
