Trouble Updating McLane Items already published

I have some items that I have had to update for McLane and I think I've got everything updated but it still won't sync because it says the Country of Origin is required and Is packaging labeled with drug facts, but I have answered both of these questions at the case hierarchy but it still keeps showing an error with these 2 things being listed.  I don't know what else to do to get it updated, especially since these fields are already filled in.

Do you have a child item in the hierarchy?  if so, can you add the McLane playlist and validate to see what needs to be populated?

Yes, there is a child in the hierarchy.  I thought I tried to add the playlist but I will check again.
