Hi all!
Is anyone else having a problem with information not flowing to customers websites? I have been updating images in 1WS, but when i go to the customers website they have a mixture of the new images I have uploaded and old images.

Hello! Welcome to the Community! Once information is populated into Item Management it is then populated to the recipients backend system. Once the information is received by their backend their system then populates this information onto their company's website.

Is there something that could be blocking updates though? Because their website has old images that I have deleted AND it has a couple of the new images that I have just added.

Hello,
Typically in instances like this, we'd suggest "Republish" the item to the recipient in hopes of kickstarting the item in their backend system. Kickstarting the item would hopefully refresh the item on their website. However, if you're experiencing this issue with multiple GTINs would you please provide an example GTIN along with the recipient it's published to so that we may review the image and XML to ensure it's valid.

Yes, here is one of the items 0003710003662 it is on Harris-Teeter's website, published to Kroger.

Hello,
I have reviewed the item and verified there are 4 images on the "Each" GTIN. I've attached below an additional link to Kroger specific Image Requirements. The image not populating to Kroger.com please ensure it validates with Kroger specific guidelines. Once this is verified please then REPUBLISH/SUBMIT the item again. After 24 hours if the changes do not flow to Kroger.com please reach out to Kroger internally as we unfortunately, do not have access to their website.
