Hello and thank you for sharing your GTIN.  The issue is your GTIN is invalid as the check digit is not correct.  The 14th digit of your GTIN on the far right is the check digit which is created based on the calculation of an algorithm.  If you use the link below for the GS1 site, enter the first 13 digits and calculate, you will see the response below.  I hope this helps.
