I'm facing a issues that when using the kroger playlist to edit items (case) there showing "scheme and code"

Anyone can tell me what's that code for costumes products?? 

And also, i'm facing the publication issue by using below GLN#:

Publishing item to the Kroger API Certification GLN# 0838016000123 first for certification.Once the item passing the certification it will be automatically published to Certified items for Kroger API GLN# 0838016000116.

Could anyone can help for me?
