Hello, A_Flower. I took a look and see your publication but no CIN message was created. This is because that trading partner does not have a Targeted or General subscription to you. Can you take a look at their Implementation Guide to see what is needed for them to subscribe to you?

Is there someone like a buyer or other contact with this trading partner you can ask to provide you their guide or provide you the necessary access?

I just got a hold of our broker and he provided me with a contact at AGNE.
I've reached out to her, and am awaiting a reply.

Hello @sbrewster I apologize for the delay as I missed your comment. The previous user's issue was because they did not have a subscription from their trading partner. Can you take a look to see whether you do and if not, reach our to your contacts and ask them for the steps to get a subscription from your trading partner?
