Unable to access training videos

I was able to watch the getting started video but when I try to access the "How to add a new item" video I get this error message:

You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue.

Hello and thank you for reaching out via our customer community.  Welcome.  I apologize you encountered this issue.  After the update I just made to your profile, can you try again and confirm access?

 

I have the same issue as well

 

The update that you made to my profile allowed me to access all of the tutorial videos
