USDA Contact for GDSN questions

Does anyone have a contact at USDA that will answer their email regarding CIC messages asking for By Measure nutrition on each level items? The email published in the implementation guide does not answer/respond to questions. The CIC message is asking for By Measure (per 100g) nutrition on each level items published to USDA and that nutrition has been provided since Q1 this year. The messages have not cleared. I also need clarification on if this information needs to be published at case level or if that CIC message is in error.

I can tell you that I had many emails back and forth regarding a similar problem.  According to their guide, we are to publish our items with nutritionals in 1/2cup serving size.  We keep getting the 100g CIC messages.  I was advised by a Marshall Keener from GS1 that I was correct in the 1/2 cup measurement.  Even though we are getting that message back, the information is still getting through.  I dislike having the CIC responses sitting there though...I have around 300 from various recipients that do not get cleared even though the issue is dealt with.  Some date back to 2015.  Drives me batty.  Anyway, he also asked my data pool and said he will be contacting them.  Not sure if that ever happened.  I had emailed three people at the USDA and received no response.  His contact info is below if you want to reach out to him. I've emailed 5 people at USDA with no response so far. It's frustrating.

Have you tried this one?  I have been emailing her lately regarding them having the wrong GTINs.

Also, I was having the same issues.  They assured me that they have the information even though it is review status.  So, in the words of Elsa, I let it go.  🙂
