Hi
Could you please help me with this info about Syndigo? We have some queries regarding this from Performance food group (PFG) as they have similar information about items published on 1WS and Syndigo.
I am just not sure about the process of publishing items to Syndigo, like how an item gets published to Syndigo.

Hello @niteishk and welcome back to the customer community. It's nice to chat with you again. I understand how some of the roles different parties play in GDSN can be confusing. The good news is, as a 1WS data pool customer, you use us to publish to any trading partner who is also registered to a certified data pool regardless if they are with 1WS or any other data pool.
The GDSN allows for communication between data pools and trading partners. Using 1WS, you actually publish to the trading partner and not the data pool so there is no need to actually publish to Syndigo as you publish to the recipient that uses them. 1WS handles the communication to the other data pools for you. Hi there, I have a similar question. The data on Syndigo is correct at our company, but not on 1WS. I'd like to sync them so 1WS has Syndigo's information. How do I do that and ensure I don't erase anything that is correct with the outdated info that is on 1ws?

Hello @kzaborniak, thank you for reaching out Welcome! If you are referring to GLN 0077400000008, the item already exists in 1WorldSync and it is synchronized with your retailer a save should be enough for the item to be updated.
On the other hand, if the item status is in the supplier/merchandising process, for example, you can resend/republish the information from your data pool to update the GTINs that exist in the product introduction. None of the options will erase the 1 Worldsync existing information.

Hello... On January 31, 2025, we published some items for PFG GLN-0806795000009 (PFG use Syndigo), and they sent us an email today notifying that PFG didn't get the items we published for them.

Hello @QBP, thanks for continuing the use of the community.
It looks like both items were published as Initial Load instead of New:
As long as the items are new publications for PFG, they need to be submitted as New, please.
To override the initial publication, you need to use the Republish option by going to Publications - Manage Publications in Item Management, selecting the 2 publications and then you can Republish as New. The entire process is also explained here: Republishing in Item Management
