Slow Processing 03/14/2022

Is there any backlog that would slow processing of a FUSE spreadsheet?  I submitted one an hour ago with and it has not come back as processed yet.

Hello, kxsRSC.  I looked around and asked several colleagues and we are not seeing or have any other reports of delays in IM or FUSE at this time.

I submitted a fuse sheet but realized I had some errors and sent it again.  Both show as "in progress" / being processed - are they supposed to show as being complete eventually?

Our systems process between 5-10 Fuses at one time and others are added to a queue to be processed in the order they were added.  Can you tell me how large was your extract?  You will have a different experience if you extract a few items versus your entire catalog.

21 parents / case GTINs and 12 children / Unit GTINs, so it wasn't alot.  However, some of the unit GTINs are connected to some obsolete case GTINs that have not yet been deleted from 1WS.

One GTIN on the fuse sheet is 20077260041344 and, in IM, is not showing any of the modifications I had submitted in the fuse sheet.
