Simple Search not showing items

Using simple search I am getting a message that 1 of 2 matches are shown but the screen is literally blank.  Is 1Sync having loading issues today?

Hello and welcome back.  No, we are not seeing any issues before you reported this.  Can you try searching with more digits in the simple search to see if the results display for you?

Good Morning

I tried again Friday afternoon with additional digits and ended with the same results, but this morning's Simple Search for the same item number using our 5 digit code worked perfectly.
