Shortcut not working

Good morning!

Has anyone else been having an issue with the 1WS shortcut not working on their browser?

I have attempted several times to add the shortcut, but it has not worked for me like before.  I've been having to go through the website to sign on.

Hello @nancyVigo Which shortcut is not working for you?  Does this relate to the other note you mentioned this morning or is there another one not working for you?

Yes, it relates to the other note.  I have attached a screen shot of the steps I have to take now to sign on to 1WS.  Before, I was able to just click on the shortcut on the browser and it would automatically take me to my sign on screen.

Hello, I hope you had a pleasant Turkey Day.  Can you tell me what happens when you click on "Log into Prod?"

As you can see on my screenshot above, I used to be able to add a short cut to my most visited websites.  All I had to do was click on the icon and it would take me straight to my login page.

However, this no longer works.  It gives an error message (as seen on screenshot) and I have to type 1 World Sync, click on the link, the login, Item Management, Production, login to Prod, which then takes me to my login page.  

It was a lot quicker with the short cut. 😉

Hello @nancyVigo , yes I totally understand and appreciate your examples and patience.  What happens if you follow the steps from the community article?  For example, this is for IM.  If you hover over "Login to Prod" you will see the URL for IM Prod in the lower left corner.  If you save that URL from the lower left corner as your bookmark, it should work for you,  Is that working?
