Send Upstream?

I'm the seller with product and the recipient is Ace Hardware and they (Ace Hardware) said I needed click yes for send upstream and there is a Ace Category 3 and 4 under custom that needs to be filled out (have no idea what I'm supposed to fill out there either?)? Anyone know how to do this? 

The way it reads to me is it would be on the Ace Hardware side of things but I don't know. I certainly don't see these fields in the product I've published or in the add recipient field. 

Any help would be appreciated on how to find and do this.

For all items that you need to submit to Ace Hardware, please add their Playlist in Item Management and then Validate to check for their attribute requirements:

You can then use the Warnings list to add the missing information and also find the attributes on the page.

By "send upstream" they may mean adding their specific attribute requirements from our systems before publishing the items to them. Some retailers will also have their own systems where specific attributes may need to be added.

Thanks for the response. The video link you provided didn't work....and I'm so I'm not sure I'm still following since this just seems to a be system that is super clunky and never ending.  Can you try sending me a link that works?

Where do I go in the system to add their Playlist (Ace Hardware) in Item Management to Validate to check for their attribute requirements?

I found a workable link to the playlist video you sent, but the screengrabs in the video are largely fuzzy and unreadable.

Hello @WildBird24 , thank you for using our community! Welcome! 

To add the Ace Hardware playlist, open your item in Item Management and navigate to the Playlists section. From there, you can add the Ace Hardware playlist and then run Validate to check the item against Ace Hardware's attribute requirements.

I'm sorry to hear the training video wasn't clear. If the screenshots are difficult to read, please let us know which step you're having trouble with, and we'll be happy to provide additional guidance or screenshots.

Where do I get to the playlist tab? I don't see it in the system anymore. 

Also, in content readiness (I do have warnings) under playlist it says "econn ready", which I believe means playlist are good? This just seems like one big loop of getting no where.

Hello @WildBird24, thank you for utilizing our customer community. Welcome back.

To be able to add a playlist:
-  First, log in to  Item Management
- Search your item and click on the Item ID hyperlink to open your item
-  Once you open the item, on the top  side you will see a section with Playlists
It has All Populated, Most Popular, and Basic Item Setup as default playlists, andafter it it will have a search field where you can search the desired retailer. 

 After you have chosen the playlist, you can validate to the top right and see the warnings. 

And for more information about Content Readiness, you can hover over it, and it will give you more details. Also, aslo we have a video that will explain more about it. 

From the dashboard, you can hover over the "i" to give you more details, and you can click on the blue play button to start the video.
