When you press the resend button, does it correct recipient requests?

Ok, awesome, here we go!

Resend can be used to send a change without editing any values, known as a “ghost
modify”. If the GTIN is published, this will also trigger outbound synchronization.

You would want to make corrections as Item Management will not address them.

The "ghost" modify is a term where we just send the content again without any changes.

@mvinkler, good morning!  I had never noticed that resend button.  I did find it and I am curious as to what its purpose is.

Would this work as a "Send a Refresh Message"?

Yes, this would resend the publication back through but without the needed changes they might ask for.

Will resend work if I need to update images or remove EFL's?

Resend can be used to send an update without editing any item information, it is known as a “ghost modify”. If the GTIN is published, this will also trigger outbound synchronization.

Question 1

My recipient has requested me make updates on attributes that are already filled out properly & "Please send a Change by Refresh message" will this make this time for them to populate those fields?

Question 2

I have also an scenario where a image needed to be uploaded and be sent as "Please send a Change by Refresh message" will this work as well?
