Repeating error

I must have created an error on my template I use because I am getting this same error on every item i try to submit. Any idea where i need to look on the FUSE report to correct this error?

 

Errors                        
SLTL0012 : The file could not be processed because an Item ID was not found.          
1381 : There shall be at most one iteration of tradeItemLicense/tradeItemLicenseDetail/tradeItemLicenseTitle per LanguageCode

 I have tried to see if I could correct the Item ID and I believe the template is corrupted. I would recommend building off a new/fresh template.

it happened again today and AM not clear where there is a missing Item ID

Would mind sharing your FUSE file so I can review for your issue?
