I have several item sunder Recipient Request Review - most, if not all, have been corrected but the earlier date of the issue still shows up in this field. When I check for Sync Exception Report on these items/customers, it comes back with no responses. How do I get these issues removed? Thank you!

Would you want to private message an example GTIN? If not, you could open a ticket with our Service Desk so we can review at the GTIN level. I am offering multiple options based on your level of comfort sharing GTIN information here.
