Publishing to US Foods

I can see US Foods when I enter their GLN but when I publish to them the system fails.  What am I missing?

I have the same issue with US Foods.  The last two items I sent them they ended up manually setting the item up on their end.  I have another item this week that shows a successful publish and a received (check mark) sync status report.  However, on their end, they claim the item is not going through.  They also reference Syndigo which used to be FSEnet so I am not sure if they are expecting a connection from 1WorldSync to Syndigo or not.  Very frustrating on my end to show them that I have a successful publish but they can't see it.  Any help is appreciated.....

If an item shows "Sent To Subscriber, Success" in the Sync Status report, that is an indication that the publication was successfully sent to the trading partner. Additionally, if the recipient sends back a RECEIVED message, then that is also another indicator that they (or their system) is able to view the items sent. In this scenario, it is best to work with the US Foods contacts that you have to attempt to determine the root cause. The issue appears to be in the internal system of the trading partner, rather than an issue with the GDSN publication.

Additionally, there is an existing connection between each data pool already in place. I am very sorry for the frustration you are facing.
