Publishing to Walmart

I'm trying to publish GTIN 00030800920215 to Walmart. I published it as New but the CIC report doesn't show they received it. I republished as initial load. I'm not sure what I'm missing. Any idea why it isn't going through? We need this done ASAP.

For clarification, I republished this as New again and this is what I'm seeing; Last Data Sync Status Date - Success, Last CIC State Date - blank

Hello @D_Boeke, Thank you for reaching out. 

If the item is new to Walmart and has no item number, you would publish it as New. 
I checked and could not see any issues with your item CA and EA. 
We recommend republishing as new, top side of the page under Publications>Manege Publications.
You can search the CA and choose the Walmart publication, and you have an option top right for Republish, and republish as new. 

Once republished, give it 1-2h, and if the item does not show on the Walmart side, please also check with them, and open a ticket with their helpdesk if needed.

Thank you. I did republish as New last night and it still doesn't appear to be going through. I saw some comments that suggested withdrawing the publication and then trying again. Is that a common issue/solution or is contacting the help desk better? We've had some issues with slow responses from the help desk. Unfortunately I'm covering for someone who is on vacation so I don't know as much about this.

For Walmart specifically, we can also recommend updating the First Ship Date/Time (Start Availability Date) to be a future date (1 week in the future should be fine if item is already available) on all levels of your hierarchy, please. We have seen that this will often help with items showing up or updating in SupplierOne while previously they would not. If the issue still persists after Republishing and updating the dates, we can suggest reaching out to Walmart, please, as the information is being successfully sent from Item Management and received by the retailer. Thank you.
