I'm trying to publish GTIN 00030800920215 to Walmart. I published it as New but the CIC report doesn't show they received it. I republished as initial load. I'm not sure what I'm missing. Any idea why it isn't going through? We need this done ASAP.
Thank you. I did republish as New last night and it still doesn't appear to be going through. I saw some comments that suggested withdrawing the publication and then trying again. Is that a common issue/solution or is contacting the help desk better?...
