While publishing an item i received below message. Please suggest a solution for this error.

Welcome back Niteishk! The error you are referencing means the GTIN was created as a NON GDSN, meaning it cannot be registered with the global registry and cannot be published. Once an item has been created as a NON GDSN, you cannot change to a GDSN item. You can submit a service desk ticket to have the GTIN deleted so you can create a GDSN version of the item.

We cannot duplicate a GTIN number and we cannot change the GTIN to a GDSN version. You will need to submit a help ticket to technicalsupport@1worldsync.com. Our team will make sure you have all we need to purge the NONGDSN GTIN so you can create a GDSN version.
