Publication error

I am getting error messages while publishing GTIN 10041820822233 for McLane Company. Please review and let me know how to resolve this.

Hello @niteishk Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome. To remove the errors we suggest adding the McLane playlist on both levels of the hierarchy save and validate. Once the playlist is added the errors which are preventing you from publishing will show up on the screen. Please click on each warning and fill in the rest of the missing information.

Hi @Maria, Yes there are 3 error messages regarding Product marketing message, Features and benefits and Is packaging labelled with Drug facts. But even after populating these 3 error fields still getting the same error message.

Please let me know why these error messages don't go away so that i can publish it?

Hello @niteishk , It’s good chatting with you again. The errors are coming from the consumer level. The Is Packaging Labelled With Drug Facts, Product Marketing Message, and  Features and Benefits attributes are mandatory for each hierarchy level. Please complete the three sections on each level, and you should be able to publish to your retailer.
