Publication Issue 655

Hello,

Could you advise how below error message for publication action can be fixed?? the items Im attempting to publish are displaying when looking into GS1 Global Registry platform.

655: GTIN has a GDSN Registry Status of (IN_PROGRESS) or (Null). GTIN information that is not yet registered with the GS1 Global Registry cannot be sent in the GDSN Network;

Thank you for the additional information.

It seems the errors are triggered by the value provided for the “Discontinued Date” field on all levels of the hierarchy. Please adjust this information.

Hello Ana, thanks so much for the indication, I have removed discontinuation date and re published the material, but publication status is not yet changing to all recepient's GLN which means it has not reached GS1 yet

Hi, @FlorS,

We noticed the Global Registry response was returned on the 24th February and both GTINs part of the hierachy of 00055800186492 were registered successfully. The Publications have since been sent with a current status of “Sent to Subscriber” under the Sync Status report (REPORTS).
