Buyer received this error. None of us have seen it before nor know where to go to fix it. Any insight?

I can see that you submitted 00850007529840 and it's now in a complete status in product introduction and with it everything you can do on your end. The merchandiser will need to look into what is causing the facility/WimsSus/vendor related error and you might need to get in contact with him/her to make sure they are aware of this issue.
