Good afternoon.  1WorldSync teams just identified an issue in Production IM that we are investigating to repair.  At this time, the issue is impacting users trying to Search for Items, Add Items, and some reports are not functioning correctly including the Worklist and Sync Status Report.

We will post updates here and please let us know if you have any questions below.  

You can see real-time updates when we encounter application incidents by subscribing to the Im Issues & Messages board HERE.  On the far right you will see “Options” with the three-dot kabob menu, click it to see the option to subscribe.  You will receive email updates when we post in this area.

Hello, the issue was identified and corrected and IM is functioning as expected.  Please let us know in the comments below if you have any residual issues.
