Pre-Prod Backed Up?

We are doing testing the the Pre-Prod environment and we are not receiving messages back for the record status.  Is Pre-Prod backed up?

Hello and thank you for reaching out.  Can you please confirm whether you are still experiencing this in PP as I had not heard until your note that there were any delays in PP
