Hello!

I am trying to publish item 10010374816463 to Performance Food Group (GLN: 0806795000009). Unfortunately, PFG is telling me that the item keeps failing validation on their end. I am also seeing the item stuck in review status in item management.

Apparently, the issue is that the attribute "Is Packaging is Returnable"" is not filled out, which is required. However, the attribute is filled out. I saved the item many times to send a Change by Refresh message. I also republished the item and it still shows up with that attribute missing on their end. I am not sure what to do.

This has been resolved! The incorrect attribute was being filled out. "Is Packaging Returnable?” and “Packaging Marked Returnable Indicator.” I had been publishing with the first one, whereas PFG requires the indicator to be filled out.
