Hello!
We have a number of GTINs that I submitted on Friday (07/15), and they have been stuck under "PENDING SYNCHRONIZATION" since then. I did republish as new today, so the new status is "PENDING SYNCHRONIZATION 18-Jul-2022 10:06:31".
Typically our items sync within an hour or less. Are there any issues today that would cause a delay?

I believe this is a timing issue for your GTIN, see below. You published as @12:32 but the registry response did not come back before the publication was made. Every GTIN has to be registered with the Global Registry before it will go out. The second publication will be ignored since you have published the GTIN, we need a publication republish.
We need to click Publications at the top and select "Manage Publications". You can pull them all up by Walmart's GLN under Recipient to speed things up.
Please let me know once you republish then we can monitor.

I am going through the same thing, went to the link exception report just to make sure the items are not stuck there, I also looked at the work list and there is no history of my items.

Have you consulted Retail Link or Item 360 to see if you have anything else to complete on that side?

We've synced a number of items over the years, and we typically do not have to complete anything on the Retail Link side until the items are Received. I have 19 pending GTINs, but two of them are:
