I published this GTIN 70011110123878 to Kroger this morning around 8:13 CST. The item still says pending synchronization.

When I check the subscription schedule report, it showed that the last run was today at 11:16 CST.

Any ideas why this item is still pending?

Hello and welcome back to the community.  I took a look and believe this is really just a timing issue that you published so soon after adding your item.  Can you try republishing it to Kroger via Manageme Publications and let me know if you encounter any issues?

I republished it as new at 12:06 and it still says pending synchronization.

Hello @Amy .  When you look in the Sync Status then Recipient Responses reports, it indicates it processed and you just need to go to VIP, top=off, validate and submit.
