Hello!
We have a number of GTINs that I submitted on Friday (07/15), and they have been stuck under "PENDING SYNCHRONIZATION" since then. I did republish as new today, so the new status is "PENDING SYNCHRONIZATION 18-Jul-2022 10:06:31".
Typically our items sync within an hour or less. Are there any issues today that would cause a delay?

Tara, we had some issues with CIN messages going but the services have been restarted. We might have a bit of a backlog before you actually see your items show up.

We too are seeing major delays in publications being processed. Is there an update from 1WorldSync on the issue and an expected resolution?

We did have to reboot our hub services yesterday which did resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this might be causing but we are looking at the issue now.

I am having the same problem. My items are going into McLane PI but still pending synchronization since Monday July 15th, I have 10.
00041761118689 and 00041761118696 were published on Monday.

Please publish your items to GLN 0078742000008 Wal-Mart United States and let me know if you are encountering other issues with the publication. They are currently pending publication as that is the incorrect Walmart GLN to publish to.
However, you are attempting to publish to McLane and submit your items to them I have attached the documentation we have available for them. Thank you!
