I am publishing Pallet items to US Foods, and they seem to be having errors validating on their end, but I do not see any CIC responses on my end. Is there something you have to do differently with items that are pallets? They are combos, so they are not normal products.

Hello @mvinkler and thanks for reaching out.  There could be additional requirements based on your configuration.  Do you have the Foodservice playlist assigned for the items in this hierarchy and if so, are you seeing validation errors?  Are you seeing any errors in your Worklist?

Hello @mvinkler, thank you for your patience while I verified your items.

Looking at some of the items that have been published to U.S. Foodservice Inc. I see that unfortunately, some of them have a FAILURE status. You can view that by going to Reports - Sync Status:

To be able to view why the item failed you will need to go to Reports - Item History Report and search for the GTIN's that have failed and you would be able to see the following error/s:

655: GTIN has a GDSN Registry Status of (IN_PROGRESS) or (Null). GTIN information that is not yet registered with the GS1 Global Registry cannot be sent in the GDSN Network

As the items have not registered with the Global Registry I will need to open a ticket and escalate it. I will keep you updated through the ticket.
