Items In Process - Product Intro Stuck at Review

kxsRSC

We have 4 items stuck in PI at Review status.  One has a warning of # of item/Pallet & this was corrected in IM some time ago.  Two other items state "Item Requested But No Longer Needed".  I recently republished these as "new" to Kroger yesterday in an effort for them to refresh on the PI side.  Note - I normally do not work on the PI side.  What can I do on the IM side or tell my team so that we can get these 4 items to synchronize with Kroger?  I have attached the sync status report with these 4 items.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hello @kxsRSC

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The GTINs you've mentioned will have to be validated, topped off or corrected if necessary and finally summited back to Kroger. All these operations will be performed in the Product Introduction portal.

Instructions can be found below:

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

So, I am not really familiar with some of the terminology on PI - does this section mean # of cases per non-GTIN pallet?  The message in yellow is what comes up when I hover over where the "16" is.  Our non-GTIN ti & hi is 12 x 5.  I am thinking this may need to be "60" based on the ti & hi.

Hello,@kxsRSC Thank you for utilizing our customer community. Attached is an article with more information about the  TI / HI Validations and how they need to be filled out along with the difference between the non-gtin values.

Thank you!

Yes, thank you.  97% of our items are case level with non-GTIN layer / pallet for ti & hi which I am very familiar with.  We have had a lot of history on items where total # of cases per pallet (non-GTIN pallet) had to be added / updated when it became a new requirement.  The GTIN 10076740070662 had total # of cases per pallet updated some time ago; along with an update to the ti & hi (again non-GTIN pallet).  I believe the "16" in above post was relative to the old ti & hi of 16 x 5; I corrected it to "12" in PI.  However, the item in PI doesn't have a field for me to put in the total number of cases per non-GTIN pallet even though that is the CIC message I am getting back from Kroger (to correct the number of cases per pallet).  We have done this on the IM side (as I said before); I even just validated the item in PI for Kroger and it passed.  I think we are at a spot where we need to reach out to Kroger with the help on the PI side unless someone else has something to add. Thanks for all the assistance.

Hello @kxsRSC If you are referring to the review message you have in the product introduction for GTIN  10076740070662 that one is an old review sent back in 2022. The 60 (value) you mentioned can only be filled out in the Item Management portal for (Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity) where indeed is non-gtin TI* non-gtin HI and it is not an attribute that will show up in the product introduction portal.

You only need the non-gtin values for this specific item as there is no pallet level therefore you can remove the 1st and 4th section within the Logistics Information in the Product Introduction portal and just leave filled out the non-gtin values (2nd and 3rd section). Once you validate successfully this item and update the Kroger Event Code you should be able to submit the update over to your retailer.

Hope this will help.
