PFG Error Message "IsDangerousSubstance?"

Good morning team!

Performance Foods has asked me to address error messages, which I cannot find in 1WS for their company under reports.  The request was sent to me via Excel sheet and looks like this:  "isDangerousSubstance - This field is recommended by the recipient."

"classOfDangerousGoods - This field is recommended by the recipient."

I found the requested attributes, but I have never had to address them.  I was wondering if this a new requirement for this company.

The Gtin in question is 20071072092877 (Pepper Grinder).

Hello @nancyVigo , Thank you for reaching out. 

I checked the reports, and the only message received from them was related to the main image.

1. Please send a Change by Refresh message, as this field is recommended by the recipient.
2. A Main Image must be present at at least one packaging level.

Additionally, PFG has a playlist configured, and after applying it, the only remaining errors were related to:

• Volume
• Alternate Item Identification Agency

I will continue investigating whether the two newly mentioned attributes have recently become required.

You may also want to confirm this directly with them.
