Nutritional view

Why is it that sometimes the nutritionals show up in one giant grid with the ability to create a NFP panel and sometimes they are in there separately?  I asked technical support and they told me it had to do with the playlist, but i have two items using the same playlists and one is one way and one is the other.

I am assuming you are using our Enhanced View with these items? We would need to see what differentiates the two GTIN to be sure of the cause. Do you have a preferred view versus the other?

well now i am going to look like a wackadoo because the one that was showing the preferred view is not showing it anymore!!!!  Before it was showing with the items in a grid form.  Now, they are all showing like the attached.  Yes, enhanced view and preferred is the grid view, obviously.

We also have the Classic Foodservice view that is also very user friendly

in my response I wasn't saying it was solved...I was saying I couldnt find an example of the view I wanted it to look like...it sort of looks like the classic foodservice view you showed, but it was in enhanced view.  Attached is the example of how I want it to look vs how it looks.
