Message in Sync Report

I have a number of items with the following message.

1. 2802 WARNING: On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi (nonGTINPalletHi) and Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti (nonGTINPalletTi) must be populated. The Last CIC State Date column says "Review" and the CIC Message Creator is 1WorldSync.

I have checked several of these items and the nonGTIN pallet information is filled in and has been for a while. Example GTIN 50075141446104. These items are all just case level items. No other hierarchy levels. A pallet would not have a GTIN.

Why is this messaging still showing up? Is there something else I need to do?

Thank you.

Hello @nj73 and thank you for continuing the use of the customer community. Welcome back.

For GTIN 50075141446104 specifically, the mandatory Hierarchy attributes are added (Non GTIN Ti and Hi and Count of this specific item in a Non GTIN logistic unit). The Review message seems to be a slightly older one (Oct 2025) and the trading partner has not updated it since then. On rare occasions, retailers may not update their Review messages or send new ones even if the item has since been updated or the previous issue rectified. Hierarchy information wise, GTIN 50075141446104 is alright. Thanks.
