Kroger VIP Error: KR14401 Serving Size is required ...

Good Morning, 

We are experiencing an issue in Kroger VIP when trying to submit an item. The error message we are receiving is:

KR14401 Serving Size is required when Nutrient Basis Quantity Type Code equals BY_SERVING and Base Unit is equal to true. Item (00051000279415)

I checked and confirmed that all values are correct and are present. Is anyone else reporting the same issue and how do we troubleshoot this?

Hello and welcome back.  Please take a look in IM as it appears you are missing the Service Size value for your second NFP:
