Good morning,
I had a few synchronization errors and when I went in to correct them, below is what I received back.
I'm not sure if this means the whole publication failed or just the update.
Can you please tell me what I need to do to get these cleared?

Hello @A_Flower ,
Please await the updated CIC (Catalog Item Confirmation) status from the Kroger API Certification Queue (GLN 0838016000123). Once it shows "Synchronized" indicating your item has passed QA you may proceed to publish your items to the final Certified Items GLN (0838016000116).
If this represents a new item setup for Kroger and you require an IMF (Item Maintenance Form) number, please submit it as New.
Conversely, if the item already exists in the system and you're making updates that do not require an IMF, please use the Initial Load option.
