Kroger Certification Queue

How long does this take, I don't see any errors, actions I am supposed to take, but still no Certifications so I cannot move to get and IMF   Any ideas?

There are no errors. 

And in the Status reports it shows no actions to take or status, just that it was submitted

Hello @mocktailclub, we appreciate your swift response. After checking the 2 items provided, you have the Kroger playlist, no validation errors, and the items were published to the Kroger API Certification Queue GLN. I would recommend a republication, as per further investigation of the Reports > Item History, there was a publication ADD, then some item changes, and another publication ADD.

To correctly republish an item, you would go to the Top > Publications > Manage Publications, check the 2 items, and Republish as New. Once republished, we would wait for the Kroger API team to check the item and send back a CIC message. 

As your company is new with 1WS, you do have an onboarding agent who helps you in the first 30 days. Please check your email, or the email of the main person of your company, as you can reply to them if further help is needed.

I've republished as you suggested.   How is a person supposed to know if it is accepted if there are no error messages? I followed the iguide.  It takes these onboarding folks time to get back to you.

Hello @mocktailclub and thank you for the follow-up. 

Once an item is successfully published to and accepted by GLN 0838016000123 for Kroger API Certification Queue, you will receive a Synchronized CIC in the Sync Status Report in Item Management. At this point you can publish your hierarchy to the 2nd Kroger GLN please, the 0838016000116 for Certified Items for Kroger API. After this 2nd step you receive the IMF number from Kroger.

How long does the certification take?  I understand what I need to do and the next steps, But it has been 3 days.

Because this is a new process and because all items need to be manually reviewed at the moment, we are not able to specify an exact time frame for this, unfortunately, and it is sometimes taking longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience in the meantime and hope this will be reviewed very shortly for you to be able to receive the IMF as intended. Thanks!
