Hi team,
We have received a CIC error message for Kroger but don't know how to proceed. Kindly guide.
I did email to the email address mentioned in the error message but received no reply.

Hello and welcome back. Can you tell me what the response from the Kroger team was when you reached out to corpdataqualty@kroger.com to request this change? Were they able to make any updates on their end so that this will go through if you try again?

Hi till now no response from their side, its been a week so thought if the given email is the correct source for this or some other solution.

Our teams are happy to help where we can but there are some functionalities on the Kroger side that we cannot update and this looks to be one of those. If you have not, can you follow up with that email? If they do not get back to you in 24 hours please let me know and I can see if there are any strings we can pull here.

I have sent them a follow up email, if there is no response again will let you know. Hope to get some solution for this
