Per the instructions I added the Kroger Class as an alternative. Received a CIC from another customer says "invalid value of Kroger Class for alternate classification agency. Do I only apply the Kroger Classification on Kroger labeled products or all products we publish to them? Thanks!

Do you mean we can disregard 20 review CICs regarding this KROGER_CLASS notice?
If it doesn't affect the publications to other trading partners isn't there any possibility to skip this CIC so it wouldn't reflect in our account?

Hello, @Kateryna , and welcome back.
Our escalation teams are working on a solution where the Kroger Class will only be sent to Kroger on the outbound CIN once implemented, and moving forward, you shouldn't receive Review CICs for Kroger Class from any other recipient aside from Kroger. For those Review CICs that are already there, each recipient would need to send an updated CIC to overwrite the Review.

As for the existing Review CICs (that are already there), do we need to contact the recipients directly and ask them about the update or will the system be updated automatically and then the CICs will be changed?

We implemented a fix yesterday, 10/22, so that Kroger Class will only be sent to Kroger moving forward.
For those Review CICs received before the fix was implemented, please republish those items from Manage Publications using the “Republish” option. When the recipient sends an updated CIC, it will overwrite the Review CIC about the Kroger Class.
