Items Not Coming out of Pending Syncronization

Hello,

I have 3 items I've been struggling to pass through Kroger API Certification Queue. None of them are clearing Pending Synchronization status. How do I get these to pass and get through API so I can complete these items? Thanks.

Hello @carolhunn and welcome back.

I reviewed the mentioned items. If you receive a Failure message in the Sync Status Report, you can find the reason for the failure in the Item Sync Exception Report.

Please correct the attributes mentioned in the failure messages and republish your item so it can be sent to the Kroger API Certification Queue team.

Please review the Sync Status Report to see if Kroger returned any required changes and correct (if applicable), then use the Republish option under Manage Publications to Republish the items back to Kroger GLN 0838016000123:

Hi Dan,

Thank you. I already did that. They were rejected on November 16th and I fixed the issues and sent them back again.

I checked the items you mentioned and they were only published.

They woudl need to be republished which is a different process. You can follow the guide we have that explains every step that needs to happen for that process to be started Republishing in Item Management.

You can check the status of the republication in the sync status report and you can use this if you have not used that report How to Publish & Confirm Sync Status in Item Management - Quick Sheets.
