Hi! I just finished updating an item (display count changed) and since I had to withdraw it I'm trying to validate the info in the hierarchy but I keep receiving error messages for each level even though they were already fixed.
Just as info, a case contains 8 displays and each display has 6 units, case pack 8/6ct. According to some assistance received before, the total count of all products should be 8 on the Case, 6 on the Display and 1 on the Each.

Hello,
Welcome to the Community. We have reviewed your item and verified you've made updates and removed the links. When creating a hierarchy an easy way to break it does is the Total Count of All Products on each level should be the number of individual units it takes to create each level. Also, typically the "Net Content" is weighed in "Each"/ "Pack". For example an "Each" pack of Gummy Worms the Net Content would be 1 Each/Pack. The "Display" would be how many individual each/packets it takes to create this level and the same for the "Case".
Thanks

Hi,
I just changed the Total Count of all Products to: Display - 6 / Case - 48 and still have the same error message. Also, I still have issues with the Ordering Unit Indicator, even though I have it as True for the case level.

Hello,
You're still receiving an error because you'll need to remove the highlighted below from the "Case". The quantity is incorrect.
In regards to the "Ordering Unit Indicator," this should ONLY be TRUE on the level the recipient orders the product from your company at.
Thanks

I'm sorry but this is not working. The picture you sent is from the display level, but I still removed those lines from the case level and now I'm receiving an error that says I need to fill out those fields. I set up two items simultaneously, filling the same fields for both but for some reason I'm having errors only with this one, even though it was already published in the past and approved by McLane. About the ordering unit indicator, I selected TRUE in the case level because, but still get the error message.

Hello,
The Display you have "8" in a "Case" page yet inside of the item it displays "6" within the item. The "6" within the item will need to reflect "8".
