Item Search

Has something changed with the Item Search Feature?  I can see my items in the list but if I try to search for one specifically it comes up with No Records Found.  Help please.  Thank you!!!

So my search by item number is back! I knew I had searched this way....See below..

Is there a way to search multiple brand entries? i.e., separated by semi column?

Hello @ccarvalhal , Thank you for reaching out to our customer community.  Welcome.

You can only search for one brand at a time, currently it is not possible to search for multiple.

You can use the simple or advanced search to input GTINs to search for, I've attached the link on how to do that as well Item Management - How to Use Simple Search to Pull Multiple Item Records. Please keep in mind that the simple search has a limit of 10 GTINs, and the advanced search has a limit of 500 GTINs.
