Item Management missing options

my tool bar which usually shows options of export, publish etc is currently only showing a link to sales SLick?

Bear with me so I make sure I understand, but what happens when you check this box?

nothing changes to the toolbar that currently only shows sales slick... usually this is where i would have an option to Export / publish/

i tried the old log out log back in trick--- it worked
