Issue today with Item Hierarchy

Hello,

I am having an issue today with our Item Hierarchy. I am able to assign an Each to a Case, and click Update Hierarchy as usual. I was able to Validate, and when I went to Publish, I got 2 errors:

Your parent and child direct link quantities should match your parent Item Total Count of All Products (totalQuantityOfNextLowerTradeItem)

Base Unit Indicator (isBaseUnit) should only be true for the lowest level Item in the hierarchy. If ChildTradeItem/gtin is not empty then Base Unit Indicator (isBaseUnit) must be equal to false.

When I went to check the Hierarchy, the item was unlinked, and just showed the Case by itself. This happens with all the items I am trying to link today (cases & pallets), and has not happened before. Any ideas?

Hello @jstaub4 and thank you for reaching out via our community.  On your Pallets, Cases, Eaches, and any other levels, you are populating the attribute "Total Count of All Products" as a requirement.  The value you populate should be the same when you link your child's items to your parent.

For example, let's say you have a Case with 10 eaches.  Your value on the Case for "Total Count of All Products" would be 10 and the value on your Each would be "1."  When you link the items, after adding the each to the case, you would have a link qty of 10...

Thanks for your answer! The issue isn't linking them or the QTY. The issue listed in my question is that the links aren't sticking. They drop off after I click Update Hierarchy. I am wondering if this is a recent bug because I have not run into this before.

Can you provide me a couple of GTIN examples that you do not mind me linking so I can see what you are seeing?

Sure! Here are 2 I was working on:

Case - 00730799638411 / Each - 00730799038419

Case - 00730799638428 / Each - 00730799038426

Please disregard. It was not working this morning (they would not stay linked), but it appears to be working now.
