Is validation necessary after saving information?

Good afternoon!  

I am in the process of updating a number of items in IM and was wondering if I need to validate the items after saving the information to ensure that our customers such as Kroger receive the updated info.

Hello @nancyVigo .  I hope you are doing well.  I usually validate and Save.  Keep in mind, some validations for playlists occur when you Save a Published item, Publish or Republish.  If there is an image validation error you would see it as a CIC999 in worklist.

Hello, I asked for you and it looks like best practice is to Save then Validate.
