I wanted to share with the group something that I just found out regarding certain attributes in Kroger VIP.
In speaking to a Kroger rep regarding the Kroger Event Code, which had become "Obsolete" and I had to pick an alternate one.
In searching for the correct code in the "Classification Specific Attributes" ("Family Tree"), I found the code that became obsolete in this section. I asked the Kroger rep about it and she said that one code does not have anything to do with the other. Also, she advised me to make sure that all the items in the hierarchy (CASE, PACK, EACH) have the same code in the "Family Tree" so the item can be submitted successfully.
