ISSUE WITH MASS UPLOAD

Hi There, 

I downloaded the excel sheet and entered in all the details for our items, I keep receiving messages that the file was not processed due to the following :  I have tried this several times, any idea as to why this is happening, any advise is greatly appreciated as i have over 1300 items to upload.

SLTL0007 : The file could not be processed because an invalid Record Type was found.
Errors            
SLTL0017 : The file could not be processed because the file is empty

Joyce,

 Do you have a copy of the template? The FUSE template can only process 999 per sheet, you would need two in order to process them all.

Please let me know.
