Is anyone else experiencing delays in resetting CIC status from rejected? Nothing appears to be processing this afternoon. Thank you!

Hi Rebecca,

I went to check on the traffic coming from Wakefern and I saw the confirmations coming over to us. You should be able to see the updates on your side. 

Please let me know if you continue to see further latency.

Good Morning, The system delays continue today. Status resets are again showing as saved successfully, but not processing. Yesterday it took 3 hours. Please investigate and advise. Thank you!

We are experiencing a backlog of transactions today inbound to Item Management, we are receiving transactions but there may be a delay in processing.
